During peak seasons, product launches, or limited drops, processing times may extend slightly.
Preorders & Limited Drops
LEVOUTRE pieces are made-to-order or part of limited drops. These items may have longer production or shipping windows stated on the product page. By purchasing, you agree to these extended timelines.
Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing

International: 7–14 business days after processing

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages

LEVOUTRE is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
