Cancellation Policy

Applies to: All orders placed on www.Levoutre.com

1) Change or Cancel an Order

  • Fast window: You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • How to request: Email info@levoutre.com with the subject “Cancel Order #[your order number]” and include:

    1. Order number

    2. Name and shipping address

    3. Items to cancel or the change you need

  • We start processing orders quickly; submitting a request doesn’t guarantee we can stop it, but we’ll do our best.

2) After Processing or Shipment

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may be able to return eligible items after delivery under our Return Policy (within 10 days). Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping may apply.

  • Refusing delivery will be treated as a return (if eligible) under our Return Policy.

3) Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

  • Pre-orders: Cancellable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours and before shipment, cancellations may incur up to a 15% processing fee to cover allocated materials and handling.

  • Made-to-order, custom, or personalized items: All sales final once the order is placed—no cancellations or changes.

4) Bundles, Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Gift cards and final-sale items are not cancellable.

  • Bundles/sets: Must be canceled in full (individual items within a bundle can’t be canceled separately).

5) Address Changes

  • Address updates are treated like order changes and follow the 1-hour window. After that, changes are not guaranteed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be processed per the Return Policy (less shipping/fees).

6) Promotions & Price Adjustments

  • Orders can’t be canceled to re-order under a different promotion. At our discretion, we may honor a same-day price adjustment; contact denzelN@levoutre.com.

7) Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider (including BNPL providers like Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Afterpay, etc.) to post the credit.

8) Fraud & Security

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. You’ll be notified and refunded in full.
